We provide heater and cooler, evaporator and condenser, to mainly food and beverage industry, paper industry, oil and grain industry. Heat exchanger is essential for a sufficient heating and cooling during production process.
Here is an example where we customize a steam air heater to clients' FEC dryer for food drying process. At first client approaches us as the plan for customer's dryer refurbishment comes near. Customer is buying the whole system from OEM maker, but wants to know proposal if by replacing single heater units. We reaches out to the client so to confirm details such as dimension, heater(dryer) quantity, as well as thermal performance including heating capacity in total, steam(air) inlet and outlet temperature requirements, pressure requirements, air pressure drop(air resistance) demands, etc.

Steam air heater is heater characterized by a tube structure with fins to increase thermal conductivity and performance by introducing more surface area into the unit. Saturated steam will go by the tube side whereas ambient air by outer side. Other than thermal performance, we also perform 100% hydraulic test for our unit to ensure a safe and secure sealing during the process. Below is link for an overview of our units production.
