For heat exchange between Nitrogen Grids, we have one side at -90C, and the other side at 27C. After putting these two fluids into our exchanger, the hot side will be cooled down to -80C, and meanwhile, cold side, 20C.
In this regards, we have a perfect exchanger for the heating and cooling of Nitrogen Grid.
The exchanger is most suitable for refrigeration unit and central chilling system. And generally it is equipped with water chiller to provide chilling water, and a cooling tower to circulate the whole circuit.
More or often, our customers majoring in refrigeration would add antifreeze such as Ethylene Glycol into the circuits so as to prevent clog of water under extreme cold weather.
