High Pressure Vessel
Description
Pressure vessel is a closed device containing a gas or liquid and carrying a certain pressure. In order to implement scientific management and safety supervision and inspection more effectively, pressure vessels are classified into three types in China's "Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations" according to working pressure, hazards of media, and their role in production.
Production Regulation
Different regulations have been made for the design, manufacturing process, and inspection items, content and methods of pressure vessels of each category.
Pressure vessels have implemented a safety and quality permit system for imported goods, and goods that have not obtained an import safety and quality license are not allowed to be imported. It should be divided according to the latest TSG21-2016 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Stationary Pressure Vessels".
Firstly, the medium is divided into the first group of medium and the second group of medium, and then the pressure and volume are divided into categories Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ.
Application
Pressure vessels are extremely versatile, and they have important positions and functions in many sectors such as industry, civil, military, and scientific research.
Among them, the most used in the chemical industry and petrochemical industry, pressure vessels are mainly used for heat transfer, mass transfer, reaction and other processes, as well as storage and transportation of pressured gas or liquefied gas;
They are also widely used in other industrial and civil fields, such as air compressor. Various special compressors and auxiliary equipment for refrigeration compressors (coolers, buffers, oil-water separators, gas storage tanks, evaporators, liquid coolant storage tanks, etc.) are pressure vessels.
