Product Introduction
Titanium shell and tube heat exchanger is composed of shell, heat transfer tube bundle, tube plate, baffle plate (baffle) and tube box and other components. It is a process equipment commonly used in petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, food and other industries. In oil refining and chemical plants, heat exchangers account for about 40% of the total equipment and 30%-45% of the total investment.
Application
Shell and tube heat exchanger can be used as condenser, which is divided into vertical shell and tube condenser and horizontal shell and tube condenser.
Main features about vertical shell and tube condenser
High heat transfer coefficient due to high flow rate of cooling flow, so the general K is 600 to 700.
Vertical installation covers a small area, and can be installed outdoors.
Cooling water flow straight through and large flow rate, so the water quality requirements are not high, the general water source can be used as cooling water.
The scale in the tube is easy to remove, and it is not necessary to stop the work of the refrigeration system.
But because the cooling water temperature rise in the vertical condenser is only 2 ~ 4 ℃, the logarithmic average temperature difference is about 5 ~ 6 ℃, so the water consumption is large. And because the equipment is placed in the air, the tube is easy to be corroded, leakage than easy to be found.
