Main Application Scenarios

Sludge Heating: Used for heating sludge in anaerobic digesters. Raw sludge is mixed with circulating sludge and heated to a specified temperature before entering the digester. This equipment can reliably handle sludge containing approximately 4% solids and fibers, and is less prone to clogging traditional heat exchangers.

Wastewater Cooling: Cools high-temperature industrial wastewater before it enters environmental protection equipment for further treatment.

Wastewater Waste Heat Recovery: Recovers waste heat from wastewater for preheating influent or other processes, reducing heat energy waste.

Sludge Heating Auxiliary Treatment: Heating sludge aids in decomposition and promotes wastewater recycling.
