Water Colded Closed Cooler

Working  Process:

Using the pressure generated by the water pump or other booster devices, the temperature of the condenser, absorber or process equipment is higher, and it is sent to the cooling coil of the cooling tower. Heat exchange is carried out through movement in the cooling tower and contact with the wind fluid; the return water after entering the cooling tower passes through the pressure swirl nozzle device installed on the top of the cooling tower and the upper part of the air pipe, forming a vertical downward high-speed movement jet.

Water droplets will also encounter rising airflow during the falling process, which delays the falling speed of water particles, thereby prolonging the heat exchange time. The heat of the fluid is first transmitted to the inner wall of the copper tube, then from the inner wall to the outer wall of the copper tube, and then from the outer wall to the spray water film, the water film and the air form saturated hot and humid steam, the heat is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, and some water droplets are collected. The device is recycled to reduce the loss of spray water.

When the amount of spraying water is reduced to a certain amount, the float valve automatically replenishes water, and so on. Under the action of the fan, the wind speed and air volume are increased, and the air-water ratio is increased, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the cooling effect.
