Composition of Waste Heat Recovery

Waste heat recovery is a device that extracts the exhaust gas of the sizing machine in the textile printing and dyeing industry for recycling. The basic structure of waste heat recovery mainly consists of four parts, including exhaust gas collection pipe, heat exchanger, new air duct, S-bend make-up air duct device. In addition, there are induced draft fan and blower, control system.

 

1、Exhaust gas collection pipe

The structure is relatively simple, consisting of a smoke pipe, the exhaust gas into the smoke pipe, towards the ends of the pipe, and then the heat exchanger. Therefore, the temperature brought by the exhaust gas is very concentrated, which is a prerequisite for obtaining recycling.

 

What is important to note here is to often pay attention to the hygiene of the two ends of the flue pipe is clean, otherwise, the poorer end of the hygiene impurities are more, the exhaust gas collection pipe will be clogged, the hidden fire hazard problem of oil pollution.

 

2、Heat exchanger

Now the more exchangers configured on the waste heat recovery for the circular tube exchanger, circular tube exchanger with 108 DN25 metal heat-conducting tubes, the layout of each row of tubes and the location of the contact surface are calculated through experiments as well as a reasonable heat exchange application distance.

 

3、New air duct

The input of new air on the waste heat recuperator is generated by two small blowers. The new air duct on the waste heat recycler is formed by two metal surfaces to form a metal space, and the blower is used to send the new air into the new air duct to let it perform the heat exchange action on the heat exchanger surface, so as to absorb the heat energy of the exhaust gas to supplement the temperature of the new air.

 

4、S-bend supplemental air device

Waste heat recovery generally has ten groups of S-bend supplemental air device, the new air in the blower under the role of blowing, and constantly by the new air ducts to supplement the inside of the shaping machine. The outer air duct then absorbs the exhaust gas inside into the exhaust gas collection pipe. Thus, it plays a re-heating as well as heat preservation role.
