Technical principle and process

Around three important components, the ethylene cracking furnace radiation section, convection section, cracking gas waste heat recovery system , using enhanced heat transfer efficient furnace tube, cracking furnace waste heat recovery, cracking furnace coupled heat transfer technology, reduce fuel gas consumption, reduce smoke exhaust temperature, improve the cracking furnace thermal efficiency, prolong the coke cycle, increase the output of ultra-high pressure steam.

Technical index

1, Cracking furnace thermal efficiency increase: 1%~1.5%;

2, Operation cycle extension: 30%~50%;

3, Ultra-high pressure steam output increase: 20%.

Technical functional characteristics

1, Fuel gas consumption reduced 1%~2%, carbon dioxide emissions reduced 1%~2%;

2. Reduce the wall temperature of radiant furnace about 20℃ to reduce the creep and carburizing of radiant furnace tube of cracking furnace;

3, Increase the steam production rate of about 20%, effectively reduce the energy consumption of the device.

Application case

In Tarim Ethane Ethylene Production Project, five 150,000-ton/year ethane cracking furnaces were built, and the second and third quench heat exchangers were set up to achieve maximum heat recovery. The implementation period is 26 months.

After construction was completed, 5 furnaces reduced 1,914 tons of standard oil per year. During coke removal, CO2 emissions in flue gas were reduced by 1757 tons/year, and CO2 emissions in coke removal tail gas by 175 tons/year. Energy consumption is reduced by 28,074 tons of standard oil/year, equivalent to saving 40,000 tons of standard coal/year, and reducing 111,000 tons of CO2 / year.

The comprehensive annual economic benefit of the project is 77.1 million yuan, with a payback period of 42 months.

It is expected that by 2025, the industry penetration rate of this technology will reach 49%. Can realize saving standard coal

930,000 tons/year, CO2 reduction of 2.578 million tons/year.
