Decolorization and deodorization are important stages in the refining process of palm oil. Decolorized oil is deodorized in the deodorization section. After being metered, the deodorized oil enters the gasifier, and after vacuum removal of air in the oil, it is pumped out by the extraction pump and heated by the oil-oil heat exchanger. Then it is heated to 240℃~265℃ by the mineral oil heater and enters the deodorization tower from the D part to remove fatty acids and odor components in the oil. The light phase components enter the fatty acid capture section for direct heat exchange and capture fatty acids. The deodorized oil is pumped out from the bottom of the tower by the extraction pump and enters the oil-oil heat exchanger to exchange heat with the deodorized oil coming out of the gasifier, and then enters the cooler for cooling. After being filtered by the polishing filter, it enters the finished oil storage tank to obtain the finished oil.
