How to Use the Air Heat Exchanger?
Before starting, drain the cooling water and mixed gas in the radiator. After preheating 5 to 10 minutes, and then officially work.
When using steam as heat medium, don't use overpressure.
When the fan stops or in case of other accidents, the supply of heat media should be stopped immediately; when the radiator stops working before it stop feeding cold air.
The heat exchanger is generally used at a pressure of 16kg/cm² and a temperature of up to 300℃. When the entering air temperature is below the freezing point, the steam pressure in the radiator shall not be less than 0.35kg/ cm².
The economic weight flow rate of air in the radiator ranges from 4 to 10kg/㎡.s.
The radiator cover should be equipped with a running wind valve. According to the use of different thermal media, its installation position is different, when the use of high-temperature water placed on the upper cover. To discharge the air in the radiator cavity to improve the effectiveness of heat release.
No corrosive media should be used.
After the work of the radiator, to put the cold water in which the net, in order to prevent freezing, with hot water radiator should use a small amount of hot water to continue to circulate in the radiator cavity.
