wASTE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM

Application principle

The printing process of packaging will produce a large amount of VOCs waste gas. The common waste gas treatment method is to use a regenerative thermal incinerator RTO to decompose harmful waste gas into carbon dioxide and water through high-temperature combustion. The temperature of the waste gas after combustion is usually 760℃ or above. By effectively utilizing this part of the heat, energy consumption can be greatly saved.

By adding waste heat recovery equipment (air heat exchanger), the heat of 760℃~1000℃ high-temperature exhaust gas can be effectively recovered, and water or air can be heated for production lines or living areas.

Case

①60000m³/h, 500℃ flue gas can heat about 22m³/h, 20℃ tap water to 90℃. For use in the production line, or heating tap water to 60℃ to provide hot water for living areas or dormitories, it can provide sufficient hot water for about 400 employees.
