Tranp and its partners have launched a low temperature ice slurry system, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and flexible application among various ice making and cold storage technologies. It has a wide range of uses in various cold use fields such as ice storage air conditioning, regional cooling, 8~15℃ workshop air conditioning and hallway, high temperature warehouse, industrial cooling, mine cooling, medical treatment, preservation of fruits and vegetables, fish, shrimp and poultry, milk and beer process cooling, artificial ski resort, concrete mixing, LNG cold energy comprehensive application, etc.
Compared with the traditional cold storage direct refrigeration system and coil ice hockey ice storage system, this system has the following advantages:
1. Mature and stable; dynamic ice slurry has been successfully applied to ice storage air conditioning, regional cooling, pharmaceutical chemicals, dairy beverage process cooling, food pre-cooling, artificial ski resort, low temperature air conditioning and other cold use fields. Trip has undertaken nearly 100 supercooled water dynamic ice slurry refrigeration projects in 28 provinces across the country;
2. Safe and environmentally friendly; the ice slurry uses municipal tap water (GB5749-2006), without any additives, and can be in direct contact with food, which is safer and more environmentally friendly;
3. Dynamic ice storage technology has been included in the "National Key Energy-Saving and Low-Carbon Technology Promotion Catalogue" (2017 Energy-Saving Part), responding to the national energy-saving and emission reduction policy, and reducing 4 million tons of carbon dioxide annually;
4. High-efficiency supercooled water ice making units have been selected in the "National Industrial Energy-Saving Technology and Equipment Recommended Catalogue (2019)", responding to the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality policy, saving 29,400 tec/a;
5. With the help of the rapid cooling function of dynamic ice slurry, it fundamentally follows the irregular and violent fluctuations in the dairy production process, thereby ensuring that the material temperature is always below +2°C during the dairy production process, and can bring users a perfect "consistent" product. 6. Interconnection of hot and cold, killing two birds with one stone; with the help of condensation heat recovery system, 65-70℃ hot water can be provided, further reducing factory steam consumption and operating costs, improving comprehensive energy utilization efficiency, and reducing factory carbon emissions;
7. This dynamic ice slurry unit adopts outdoor model, which does not require the establishment of machine room, power distribution room and monitoring room. It has modular design, easy installation and short construction period;
8. On the power supply side: use valley electricity to reduce peak power occupation of the power grid, balance the power grid load and reduce power supply costs;
9. On the power generation side: reduce the requirements for load regulation of power plants, improve power generation efficiency and safety of equipment operation;
10. Realize peak-to-valley filling of electricity use, improve power supply and demand, promote new energy consumption, reduce the scale of power plant construction, and support from the government.
