Through the configuration of hot water pipe heat exchanger at the back end of RTO high temperature bypass valve and a set of water circulation system, the excess heat is replaced by 85℃ high temperature hot water stored in the hot water storage tank; and then through a set of water circulation system, the hot water is sent to the heat equipment.
The heat-using equipment includes hot air heat exchanger for printing, hot water for industrial washing, and water for domestic use, etc. It can also be connected with the central air conditioner to reduce the heat load of the air conditioner and be used for the heating of the workshop.
Because RTO as the end of VOCs treatment equipment, sufficient volume of exhaust gas and high enough concentration of excess heat generation, in order to protect the heat requirements in non-normal production conditions, usually an additional set of hot water back-up heat source, in the absence of sufficient residual heat, and the residual heat recovery system to work in parallel; pumps, valves, pipelines and tank volume and other equipment according to the maximum residual heat design selection.
When there is no backup heat source, the use of RTO burners to produce high-temperature flue gas to meet the workshop heat, this time the pumps and valves piping and tank volume and other equipment should be based on the maximum amount of heat for the design and selection.
Hot water waste heat recovery method has the characteristics of economic simplicity and small investment, and the equipment does not belong to the high-pressure, high-temperature special equipment, do not need to carry out inspection and special protection, hot water waste heat utilization method is applicable to ≤ 75 ℃ of the process temperature of the heat, is currently widely used in flexible packaging printing equipment.
