The installation and insulation of the water piping of the air conditioning system should be designed and guided by professional designers, and the corresponding provisions of the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" (GB50243-2002) should be implemented.
1) The inlet and outlet pipes should be connected according to the marking requirements on the unit. The general regulations are: the condenser water pipe enters the upper and lower outlets; the evaporator frozen water inlet and outlet: facing the unit's electric control box, the right hand side is the frozen water outlet, the left hand side is the frozen water inlet or the expansion valve end is the outlet, and the other end is the inlet . (For non-standard requirements, non-standard requirements)
2) The water system must be equipped with a pump with a suitable flow rate and head. The data requirements of the water flow and water resistance indicated in the product manual should be referenced to ensure the normal water supply of the unit. In addition to the use of anti-vibration soft joints between the pump and the unit and the water system pipeline, a bracket should be installed to prevent the unit from being stressed. Welding work during installation should avoid damage to the unit.
3) The cooling water pipeline system must be installed with anti-shock soft joints, thermometers, pressure gauges, drain valves, globe valves, water filters, flow meters, etc., and then connected to the cooling tower inlet and outlet pipes.
4) The chilled water pipeline system must be installed with anti-shock soft joints, thermometers, pressure gauges, water filters, electronic descaling instruments, flow meters, exhaust valves, drain valves, globe valves, expansion tanks, etc.
5) The chilled water pipeline and the expansion water tank are insulated, and the maintenance operation parts are left at the valve joints.
6) After the airtightness test of the pipeline, the insulation layer shall be wrapped, and the insulation layer shall be covered with a moisture-proof seal.
7) Install flow switches on the outlet pipes of the evaporator and condenser. Interlock the flow switch with the input contacts in the control cabinet.
8) A water filter must be installed in front of the water inlet pipeline of the unit, and a filter mesh above 16 mesh must be selected.
9) The flushing and heat preservation of the system water pipeline should be carried out before connecting with the unit to avoid damage to the unit by dirt.
