Recently, the Dubai Tunnel Air Conditioning Project in which our company participated has reached an important milestone - the first phase of unit acceptance has been successfully completed. This acceptance was not only participated in by the customer's representatives, but also jointly supervised by the internationally authoritative BV testing agency, verifying the reliability and compliance of the unit with strict standards.
At the acceptance site, the technical team carried out a number of core tests in an orderly manner: from precise dimensional measurement to ensure the adaptability of equipment installation, to comprehensive electrical testing to ensure the safety and stability of the circuit system, to strict water pressure testing to verify the sealing performance of the pipeline, each process is professional and rigorous. The test data is synchronized to the customer and the BV testing agency in real time, and the whole process is transparent and traceable.
In addition, our engineers also explained the operating principle of the refrigeration system in detail to the customer, combined with the particularity of the tunnel environment, focusing on the efficient heat dissipation solution of the equipment in high temperature and high humidity environment, and how the intelligent temperature control system can achieve energy consumption optimization.
The successful passing of this acceptance has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent advancement of the project.
