This week our team have completed production to one of major projects of first quarter.
The project intends to serve as part of customer's production scale up in coming year, in which it consists of three exhaust gas coolers to production process of lithium battery. The cooler will be connected to water chiller initially to cool down exhaust gas for dehumidification through condensation. Later on the cooled gas will be sent to steam coil(stainless steel heat exchanger) for preheating before introducing into production line. This is aim to heat gas up to reach its working temperature in production process. This type of design is also commonly found on lithium battery industry, spraying industry, as well as production of thin film processing, in particular to treat the exhaust gas and recover energy at the same time.
The customer have joined QC in presence of welding quality check, pressure test witness, as well as loading process.
