After receiving the order, PMC needs to confirm whether it is a new customer or a new product. The material requisitions

Abnormal material

 

The IQC of the supplier shall send the processing notice of the unqualified incoming materials, and THE PMC shall make the processing of special picking, sorting, reworking, repairing and batch returning according to the actual situation, and confirm the delivery date of the incoming materials with the purchaser in time. When dealing with emergency materials, PMC should inform IQC in advance and require qc to make inspection results within a short time when materials come in. PMC should track warehousing and online until order shipment.

 

Design change material

 

Upon receipt of the change notice, PMC should confirm whether there is any demand for the order and check the inventory immediately. If it is scrap, immediately notify warehouse management to scrap all. If there is a formal order requirement, place a purchase order in time, indicate the requirement for design change materials and confirm supplier's delivery date.

 

If the material is rerepaired by heavy industry, PMC should inform the manufacturer immediately to rerepair it and put it into storage. In case of limited use, PMC shall inform the warehouse to mark and distinguish according to the limited requirements. When the surplus of stock materials after use is less than one order, it shall apply for scrapping. In order to continue to use, PMC needs to master the use status of inventory, and apply for scrapping when the surplus is less than one order.

 

Emergency materials

 

When the delivery time of the order is short and the material is abnormally large, there will be difficulties in the delivery time of the material from the supplier. PMC should indicate the reason when issuing the PR order and request the purchase to reply urgently. PMC will inform relevant departments of the final delivery time.

 

If it is PMC missing order, it is necessary to indicate the situation and make emergency material treatment to ensure normal delivery of the order. PMC should list the emergency materials every week, explain and follow up the abnormal situation at weekly meeting.

 

The order change

 

After receiving the notice of change order, PMC should immediately make a list of delivery date adjustment, and inform the purchaser of the part that needs to be delivered or the quantity to be adjusted and inform the supplier of the change. Delay delivery of cancelled parts and parts already produced by supplier as appropriate.

 

Production schedule

 

Confirm the material delivery date in advance with the procurement, inform the supervisor in time if there is any abnormal situation, and coordinate with the technical department whether there is any substitute, negotiate with the plan to change the production plan, deal with relevant personnel and departments in time, and confirm the result.

 

The delivery date cannot be fulfilled

 

Find out the problem, inform the relevant units in time, and provide the delay report and procurement several days before the delivery date of the order. The final delivery date of the purchase shall be confirmed, and PMC will immediately inform the relevant units of the late delivery date of the order.

 

Dull material

 

PMC at the beginning of each month, according to the warehouse of dull bom to handle, when the inventory turnover rate is extremely low or simply sit idle material (corrosion or damage, etc.) and the amount of smaller should make a scrap application, with large amounts of money for withdrawing money back factory, allocation, exchange, and repair, scattered use, sell, give, destroyed. If there is an order demand and the inventory is qualified, it should follow the principle of first-in, first-out, and place a new purchase order for the part that is not enough for the order.

 

PMC management attaches great importance to communication and coordination, so it is necessary for PMC to track and coordinate the company's business sales, production and shipment, procurement, engineering technology and quality control departments in the middle.
