For those of us who choose a stay-cation, we'd love to introduce our newly Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger for Air Conditioning, as it's getting hotter and hotter with Summer's arrival and therefore customers are casting more and more attention on this type of exchanger. It can be considered as either compressor, or condenser in a central heating&cooling system.
How does Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger work in an Air Dryer/Heat Pump?
Well, there are two phases of heat exchange, indeed. First is Air-Air Exchanger, while the second is Air-Regrigerant Exchanger. Please to see following chart.
By transferring heat from fluids like water and air, to the refrigerant such as R22, R32, R134a, Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger can thus provide chilled water or air for further production line, or to customer side.
Material selection could be SS304 Plates, SS316 Plates, to be welded by Copper or others.
