Chiller is a new type of air-conditioning equipment that integrates cooling and heating; the chiller is composed of a compressor, an evaporator, and a condenser. The cold air produced by the chiller is transported to the kitchen or central air conditioner through pipes, and then sent back to the room after heat exchange by the fan coil unit; in hot summer weather, the indoor heat is absorbed and transferred to the outside to keep the room cool and comfortable; At the same time, the outdoor heat energy is transferred to a cool area or object to achieve the purpose of cooling.
The chiller is mainly composed of compressor unit, condenser unit and throttling mechanism.
1. The function of the compressor is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy and kinetic energy of the liquid, that is, to convert the reciprocating linear motion of the piston into rotational motion.
The compressor is one of the most important components in a refrigeration system:
It inputs energy into the system and converts it into high-temperature and high-pressure steam to drive the cooling medium to circulate, thus completing the whole process of vapor-liquid conversion.
2. The role of the evaporator is to convert the low-pressure gas from the compressor into medium-pressure and low-temperature superheated steam and output it to the condenser to condense and release heat to reduce pressure.
3. The function of the condenser is to convert the higher-temperature working medium vapor from the evaporator into a lower-pressure liquid state and discharge it into the low-pressure pipeline for further utilization.
4. The function of the expansion valve is to control the amount of liquid working fluid flowing through the evaporator into the condenser. When the refrigerant flow rate is too large or too small, it needs to be adjusted to ensure a certain amount of liquid supply to meet the system requirements.
5. The purpose of the capillary is to prevent the steam from leaking into the outside air and causing pollution.
6. The dry filter is used to remove the moisture in the humid air.
7. The thermal expansion valve is used to suppress the balance of the pressure before and after the thermal expansion valve.
8. The electromagnetic four-way reversing switch is used to control the start and stop of the refrigerating machine oil pump.
9. The oil storage tank is used to store refrigeration oil.
10. The safety valve plays the role of maintaining pressure.
11. The high and low pressure cut-off valves are used to cut off and connect the high and low pressure respectively.
12. One-way check valve is also called one-way valve.
13. The pressure gauge is used to display the working pressure of the system.
14. The ammeter is used to display the rated current value of the system.
15. The temperature controller can automatically control the operation of the machine.
16. The electric control box monitors the whole machine.
17. The operation panel has a manual and automatic selection switch.
