Adopting the technology of water cooling and air cooling, Tranp Tunnel Air Conditioning System combines shield machine together to cool down the working area of the interval tunnel.
On the basis of traditional external circulation cooling and tunnel ventilation, our system is installed on the shield machine to cool the tunnel ventilation airflow before entering the secondary fan system, so that the cooled air is transported from the outlet of the secondary ventilation system to the construction work surface.
The air outlet temperature can reach 20°C in Guangzhou Summer time, which is 10-12°C lower than the maximum temperature at normal enviroment, and the ventilation volume is up to 50000m³/h, enough to effectively cool down the working area, which makes the ambient temperature suitable for construction work.
