Almost two-people height plate heat exchanger, have you ever seen this?
Tranp's new order of big plate heat exchanger is going to finish the whole manufacturing process and be shipped far to its destination.
Today we came to the factory and took a close look of the site.
Compared with the back side's small heat exchanger, this big one gets more attention. The holes on the plates look like four wells. Closer to the plates, it's easy to see the corrugation and gaskets.
The workers are assembling the big plates together with joint hands. Though each plate is thin, it still needs at least three people to lift up, not only for its big area, but also the material -- stainless steel.
It's near the final step. They're checking the details. Behind this big plate heat exchanger, there're over a hundred people's efforts. We're hoping its great performance will get praise from our valued client.
Our customized products could be as small as a phone, also as big as a yacht, like our shell and tube heat exchanger.
