In the process of shield method tunneling project, the shield machine produces a lot of heat, the environment air circulation is not good, tunnel construction has high temperature and high humidity characteristics. According to the "Railway Tunnel Construction Code", the temperature inside the tunnel should not exceed 28℃, but the vast majority of shield tunnel construction fails to meet this requirement, and the construction workers often work in a hot and humid environment of 40℃ or even higher
The air conditioning system developed by our company adopts the combination of external circulation cooling water of shield machine and compressed cooling air to cool down the operating surface of the interval tunnel.On the basis of the traditional external circulation cooling and tunnel ventilation, an air conditioning system is installed on the shield machine to cool the tunnel ventilation airflow before entering the secondary fan system, so that the cooling air can be transferred from the outlet of the secondary ventilation system to the construction operation surface (pipe segment assembly area).The air outlet temperature of the secondary fan can reach 20℃ (this is the temperature that can be lowered when the temperature is high in summer in guangzhou area, and the effect is better when the external ambient temperature is lower), 10-12℃ lower than the maximum temperature under normal temperature, andthe ventilation volume reaches 90000m³/h, which is enough to effectively cool down the working area, and the ambient temperature is suitable for construction.
