Air To Air Heat Exchanger
| Product Details
Air to air heat exchanger is designed to realize function heat exchange by using different types of tube, made up of a set of leveled metal plate. Based on finned heat exchanger fin spacing structure improvements, cooling fan in dimension, the height, width and tube under the premise of constant total length, under frosting conditions runtime,it still can keep the higher heat transfer coefficient, and the variable fin spacing of the structure of the air cooler than fin spacing structure. Thus, cooling fan of the heat transfer coefficient will be increased by 9.8%, with heat transfer area of improvement, Heat transfer can be enhanced by increasing heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area.
Applicable operating conditions
The Triplex plate-type gas–gas heat exchanger is particularly well suited for heat exchange between gas streams that are highly corrosive, heavily laden with dust, and highly humid.

Key Features
- The heat exchange plates feature a smooth surface with excellent self-cleaning properties, making them easy to clean: the interior of the equipment can be rinsed and backwashed with clean water, minimizing residue and ensuring quick, convenient cleaning.
- A variety of process heat exchange modes are available, adapting to different operating conditions.
- High processing capacity: Can handle volumes ranging from approximately 10 cubic meters to over 1,000 cubic meters, and is widely used in waste heat recovery.
- The interplate channels are wide and the number of contact points is low, making it difficult for impurities to settle. The heat-transfer surfaces, fabricated from stainless steel, are smooth and exhibit minimal corrosion‑induced deposits, thereby reducing fouling.
- Reliable quality: The plates are manufactured using advanced welding equipment and techniques, with resistance welding between the plates complemented by manual welding to ensure weld seams are highly resistant to cracking.
