Product Overview
Pressure vessels (storage tanks) have a wide range of applications and play a vital role across various sectors of the national economy, including the petroleum, chemical, energy, scientific research, and defense industries. They are used to store refined chemical substances such as acids, alkalis, alcohols, and gases in liquid form. Due to their sealing characteristics, pressure‑bearing requirements, and the nature of the contained media, pressure vessels are prone to accidents—such as explosions, fires, or other incidents—that can endanger personnel, equipment, and property and cause environmental pollution. At present, China classifies these vessels as critical items subject to mandatory inspection, with oversight and technical testing conducted by specialized agencies designated by the state in accordance with nationally prescribed regulations and standards.
Pressure vessel (storage tank) grade undertaken by Tripp Company:
D1 (Class I Pressure Vessel)
D2 (Class II Low- and Medium-Pressure Vessels)
ASME-Certified Product Series

Mainly manufactured pressure vessel (storage tank) products:
1. Heat-exchange pressure vessels: volumetric heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, etc.
2. Reaction pressure vessels: reactors, decomposition towers, synthesis towers, etc.
3. Separation pressure vessels: separators, absorption towers, drying towers, steam distribution headers, etc.

Tripp primarily undertakes the fabrication of large pressure‑vessel storage tanks. We operate our own pressure‑vessel manufacturing workshop and hold a valid pressure‑vessel production license, so you can consult with confidence.
