Volumetric heat exchanger
| Product Details
The storage-type heat exchanger employs high-efficiency heat-transfer components—floating coils—to heat the water inside the tank layer by layer, bringing it to the set outlet temperature and producing domestic hot water. The floating-coil storage-type heat exchanger is a new-generation hot-water heating device.
Application areas
Widely used in school, hospital, and hotel domestic hot water systems.

Key Features
Fast startup | The hot water produced quickly reaches the hot-water outlet at the top of the tank, allowing hot water to be supplied without having to heat most of the cold water. |
High heat transfer coefficient | By employing components with a high thermal conductivity and incorporating a floating coil that undergoes minute oscillations during heat exchange, dynamic heat transfer is achieved, significantly enhancing heat-transfer performance. |
Not prone to scaling | Fluids prone to turbulence exert strong erosive forces on the heat-transfer tube walls, thereby reducing fouling. |
No cold water area High space utilization rate | Continuously heat the cold water at the bottom of the tank; when the water consumption falls below the rated supply capacity, gradually heat all the cold water in the tank. At this point, there will be no cold‑water zone, thereby maximizing hot‑water storage. |
Water Quality and Sanitation | It heats up quickly, ensures uniform temperature rise, maintains a constant outlet water temperature, and prevents the formation of stagnant zones. Hot water does not harbor bacteria within the heat exchanger, thereby guaranteeing clean and hygienic water quality. |
