Tranp Energy supplies users with heat exchanger, chiller, during the process of heating and cooling. We have a workshop for gasketed type plate heat exchanger in Hubei Industrial Zone since 2012, specifically with pressing machine, mold machine, and rubber machine to make our heat exchanger and also spare parts of plate and gasket.
One time this client approaches to us as they are developping a pilot project for their cooling system. The system will serve as a primary cooler during the process together with cold source of water chiller. Therefore the client is hoping to receive a proposal where our heat exchanger can function between the hot feed and chilled water. The requirements of cooling capacity, temperature, flow rate are clearly sent and communicated with in-time response. The client also mentions potential corrosion of hot feed, so titanium is suggested and decided in this case.
Our titanium plate heat exchanger is considered to be an excellent choice for acid base fluids, high salinity solutions, etc, due to its anti-corrosive properties compared with conventional stainless steel.
