What is a Pool Heat Exchanger?
A thermostatic swimming pool, is a pool that uses an external heat source to keep the temperature of the water in the pool at 26 to 29 degrees, the optimum temperature for human activity in the water. The water of indoor swimming pools are generally heated by means of gas boilers, oil boilers, including the latest use of pool heat pumps, gas boilers combined with flat-panel solar systems. And these heat sources are indirect to the pool water heating, plate heat exchanger in this system is to play the role of heat exchange: pool water is a system to maintain circulation under the role of the circulation pump, the heat source is a system, both in the passage of the plate heat exchanger, indirect heat transfer through the stainless steel plate.
For the pool circulation heating system, the plate heat exchanger plays two main important roles:
1. The water in the pool is heated for the first time and needs to be heated from room temperature to 28 by the heat exchanger.
2. When the pool water temperature reaches the design temperature, the heat exchanger stops heating. When the water temperature is lower than 25, the heating system starts again and heats the pool water to 28±2 through the heat exchanger, so that the water in the pool is always constant at a suitable temperature that the human body can accept.
The structure
A certain number of flow plates, gaskets, top bar, roller assembly, fixed head, bottom bar, end support, tie bolts, nuts and frame foot make up the finished product of plate heat exchanger.
