Components of Water cooler heat exchanger
The plate heat exchanger is made of many pressed and formed corrugated metal sheets at certain intervals, sealed by gaskets all around, and pressed by the frame and clamping bolts, the four corner holes of the plates and gaskets form a fluid distribution tube and collection tube, and at the same time, the hot and cold fluids are reasonably distributed for free conduction, and heat transfer through the plates to achieve the purpose of heat exchange. The frame is composed of fixed compression plates, movable compression plates, upper and lower guide rods and clamping bolts, etc.

How to operate a Heat Exchanger?
The principle of operation of a heat exchanger involves the presence of two liquids or more, of the same nature or not, separated by a wall made of a highly conductive material (aluminum, steel, stainless steel or copper). For heat exchange to occur, there must be a temperature difference between the two fluids. Heat always flows from the hotter to the colder. Thus the primary fluid is heated in the heat exchanger.
How to remove plates?

After opening the equipment, the plates can be checked and cleaned piece by piece. General scrubbing without removing the plate from the guide barwould be better.

It is easy to dismantle the scrap plate and replace it with a new spare plate. If the new plate has the same pattern as the scrap plate, it can be replaced with a new one by taking off the cost. If the scrap is a four-way plate but no spare plate, you can remove the scrap plate and another adjacent plate at the same time.
