PLATE AIR TO AIR HEAT EXCHANGER

I.STANDARD PLATE PACK PRODUCTION, MULTIPLE CHOICE.

Mature plate pack production(semi-automatic):
1. One-step molding-spot welding-one time forming-machine welding(small defect rate);
2. Customized plate thickness and channel combination to suit various operation;
(0.8-1.5mm plate THK, 10.8-17.5mm channel distance)
3. Smooth plate surface(dimple plates) for less fouling and longe service life, compact plate design for small space takeup compared with tube design. Easily cleaning with high thermal performance.
4. Multiple plate pack design, number of passes, for different application;
(1200*800L, 600*800L, 1500*500, etc...)
5. Online cleaning: water sprayer nozzles, sonic soot blower, etc..

II.PLATE/FRAME-PROTECTION WELD

Various weld protection:

1. Manual arc welding, resistance welding;
2. Submerged arc automatic welding;
3. Gas shielded arc welding: tungsten inert gas welding, consumable
inert gas welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, electroslag welding;
4. Gas welding and gas cutting;
5. Plasma arc welding and cutting.

III. FINISH TESTING / SURFACE TREATING

Pressure test and leakage test:
1. Gas leakage test on tube side;
2. Hydraulic pressure test on tube side;
3. Rust/weld slage polish, finish coating.
